Hoku Whole Foods: New Location

Hoku Whole Foods has moved to the bottom floor of the Kaua'i Design Center building on Lehua Street in Kapaa. This is the street before the ballpark which hosts the Wednesday Sunshine Market in Kapaa.

The new store has double the space and will have a larger selection of foods than before. Wow!

Tom Legacy: Teaches the Benefits of Home Food Gardening

Tom Legacy grows a variety of organic greens, vegetables and fruits from his home on Kauai. Three generations of Legacy's are currently benefiting from his green thumb. You can learn his secrets and many others at the KCC Gardening Project where Tom is one of the master teachers.

Ed and I are grateful to share in the bounty of his garden and he has inspired us to start our own gardens. We feel energized just looking at his veggies. We have also used his produce in our live-food presentations.

Click to view a slideshow of the Legacy garden.
Below are images from his garden.

Water

Can we change our water with intention or with music? Dr Emoto's research proves that we can.

I always have a pitcher of drinking water available that I have sent my intention into. Another method is to write your intention on a piece of paper and place it on or under the pitcher or glass. You also can put a picture under the water.

Himalayanlivingsalt.com has colored crystals that you can put in the bottom of your pitcher to restructure the water which is what Ed does in addition to sending his intention to the water.

The Hawaii Library System has lots of Dr. Emoto's books, video and a children's book.
